After initial consultation, we will design a customized digital solution tailored to your goals and needs. Our services do not end with the purchase, as we offer complementary in-house tech support for a year.
We accept all major credit cards and checks. Please follow instructions on Shopify.com to process your credit card payments through their secure portal. For phone or email orders, you may pay us in offline methods.
For security purposes, we do not accept cash payments, unless it is rendered in person at our facility.
We normally process your order within 24 hours. In case of backordered items, we will contact you asap to notify of any potential delay. Shipping time depends on delivery provider (i.e. UPS, USPS, Fedex).
For all online orders, shipping charges will automatically apply based on the weight and location. For large orders, please contact us directly by phone or email. We may accommodate shipping discounts at our sole discretion.
Please email us at email@example.com immediately with description of what had happened and pictures of the damaged package. We will process a claim through the shipping provider and send you a replacement upon investigation.
Generally, we offer a 30-day return policy. Certain conditions must be met in order to process your return successfully. Those include, but are not limited to:
1. Item is in an unused and unopened state
2. Item is not damaged or defaced in any way
3. Return inquiry is made within 30 days of invoice date
4. Return authorization is received by MegaDAS, Inc. before the item is sent back
Unless otherwise agreed upon, we reserve full rights to deny any and all returns that do not meet our return policy, as enumerated in our Terms and Conditions. We also hold the right to apply handling fee up to 25% in case of unauthorized returns.
Yes! We provide complementary in-house technical support for 1 year with every digital dentistry system sold. This is in addition to the manufacturer warranty that may be included with the purchase. After the 1 year period, we will continue to provide basic level support; however, nominal technical support fees (i.e., cost of transportation, lodging, technician time, etc.) may apply for higher level support.
For traditional dental equipment, warranty is limited to the manufacturer warranty. Please contact us for more information on the warranty conditions.
